How to redeem Asia Miles

  1. Register as a DJB member on the DJB website, and make sure you are already a Cathay Pacific member.
  2. Choose the data plan you want and add it to your cart to proceed to checkout.
  3. On the checkout page, enter your Cathay Pacific membership number in the field labelled "Asia Miles Member Number" (see the location shown below).
  4. Once your order is placed and payment succeeds, your miles will be credited to your Asia Miles account within 30 business days.

  • First register as a Cathay Pacific member and a DJB member, then purchase any item on the DJB website to earn 1 Asia Mile for every NT$30 spent.

  • Be sure to enter your correct 10-digit Cathay Pacific membership number at checkout. Miles cannot be added or corrected retroactively if this is left blank or entered incorrectly.

  • To ensure the system records and credits your miles correctly, please avoid using private/incognito mode, clearing your browser cookies, or switching browsers or devices mid-purchase. Please complete your entire order in the same browser window to avoid affecting your eligibility for miles.

  • Miles are calculated based on the final amount actually paid.

  • Miles earned may only be redeemed through Asia Miles and cannot be transferred, cashed out, or exchanged for products or services.

  • Once your order succeeds, miles will be credited to your Asia Miles account within 30 business days. Orders that are changed, cancelled, or declined are not eligible for miles.
